The improvement of quality of life is the goal of large infrastructure projects. Connecting people, freeing neighbourhoods and nature from traffic, ensuring energy supply, disposal of waste and of waste water respectfully of the environment: such tasks call for sustainable solutions at supportable cost and within reasonable timeframes.
Whoever wants to accomplish such projects bears a large responsibility towards society. Goals, requirements and boundary conditions have to be clarified and agreed on; the ongoing support by stakeholders has to be assured at all times; decisions must be taken in due time. To this purpose the project requires among many other features, organization, controlling systems and communication procedures. We support the project directors and executives in their tasks of mediating between stakeholders, coordinating strategic comittees and procuring timely decisions.
